1 romaine heart
4 collard green leaves
3 c kale
2 c spinach
2 c red cabbage
2 peaches
2 oranges
1 large green apple
1 1/2 inches ginger root
1/2 lemon
Toppings:
1 tsp chia seeds
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 turmeric powder
Ughh this arthritis has been full blown these hot humid days. So I added cayenne spice to help me aid the pain.
