1/2 bunch Italian flat parsley
1/2 bunch fresh baby spinach
1/2 lemon w/ peel
3 celery stalks
2 large garlic cloves peeled
1 inch ginger root
1 beet
1 carrot
1 cucumber
A dash of cayenne pepper
A dash of turmeric powder
Juice it!
