Juicing with a little zing and natural boost




Cayenne Juice



You will need:

1 c cubed pineapple chunks
1 c blackberries
1/2 c watermelon
1/2 c mango
1 c baby spinach
1 c chopped kale
1 mini yellow pepper
1 mini red pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
water (smart water by glaceau)

The cayenne in this juice is amazing. I sometimes use this spice on my meals to prevent migraines and also when my hip and knees are hurting so much. It really helps me to attack my ailments a natural way. Cayenne is great to help curve your appetite and a excellent boost.
